Component dry-out

Drying-out components, separate from the facility, is performed with our, for this purpose designed, burner units. The used refractory concrete is carefully dried by this and the component is prepared to be implemented. Examples for this procedure are the predrying of plant components for winter protection or the dry-out of tubes to prepare a replacement.

 

 

Curing

With some types of plants it is necessary to not dry out the material, but the coating instead. An expample for this are coated steel tanks. who are dried and heated up with a temperature of 80-120°C to harden the coating. We also use heating mats for curing to dry-out smaller areas.
